How do I track my order?
 

It is very easy to track your order, as soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email stating the total purchases and the items purchased attached with the invoice and a track code. This track code can be entered in the link given in the email to get all the updates of the order from shipment to delivery.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We provide Free delivery to orders above $40. A regular delivery takes up to 4 to 5 working days. We also provide quick delivery options such as Super fast delivery in which the product is delivered in 2 working days and it will charge an additional $10 to avail Super fast delivery.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

To return an item you just need to email us at www.prettylittlethings.com and we will get back to you in less that 24 hours. You also have an option of in-store return.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

To track the order or to contact our courier team you just need to fill the track code in the link provided in your email to get the location, contact number and name of our courier agency and the person who will deliver your order.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, We do provide international delivery to different countries of the world like India, USA, United Kingdom and now we are planning to expand to UAE and Middle Eastern countries.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We provide online as well as in-store return and exchange policy. We provide full refund on returns up to 30 business days of the order and after 30 days we provide store credit. .
